Pregnancies as well as existing illnesses, injuries of any kind and chronic ailments must be reported to the teacher before the start of the course.
The course fee must be paid in full before classes start, at the latest when you attend the first lesson. Services can be paid online via the website.
Refunds: Absences of 1 month or more with a doctor's certificate can be taken into account. Unauthorized deductions are not permitted.
Lessons take place with a minimum of 2 people. If only one person is registered, vayamyoga reserves the right to cancel this lesson. The registered person will be informed by e-mail, telephone or text message.
If the teacher is unable to attend, vayamyoga will endeavour to arrange a representative for the respective lesson. Lessons can be conducted by a representative without notice. This does not entitle you to reimburse the costs.
Should this fail in exceptional cases, the lesson will be cancelled. The cancellation of an individual lesson does not entitle the participant to refund or extend the subscription (subscription), provided that there are enough other classes available that the participant can attend.
Missed lessons can be made up for and made up for in other classes in consultation with the teacher. The catch-up hours must be completed within the paid subscription period and cannot be transferred. If a booked lesson cannot be attended, the teacher must be informed at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged automatically.
If absences of 1 month or more are planned, the teacher can apply for participation and payment in the form of individual lessons before the start of the subscription.
